Item 4.01 Change in Registrants Certifying Accountant.
Effective January 30, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Company
engaged DArelli Pruzansky, P.A. (DP) to serve as its independent
registered accounting firm to the resignation of Anton Chia, LLP
(AC), the Companys previous independent registered accountant, on
November 23, 2016, as incorporated by reference in current Form
8-K filed with the SEC on January 23, 2017.
Prior to engaging DP, the Company did not consult with DP
regarding the application of accounting principles to a specific
completed or contemplated transaction, or the type of audit
opinion that might be rendered on the Companys financial
statements.
