Item 1.01 – Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement to reflect the new exercise price of the warrants issued in connection with the offering based on the finalization of a warrant exercise price adjustment, which became determinable as of the close of trading on December 27, 2019, (ii) revising Exhibit 4.1 to correct certain typographical errors, and (iii) adding the Notice of Adjustment of Exercise Price as Exhibit 99.1. This current report on Form 8-K/A should be read in conjunction with the Original Report and, except as stated above, no other information contained in the Original Report has been amended.
