On June 12, 2018, Destination XL Group, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Initial 8-K”) disclosing that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) had appointed Lionel F. Conacher to serve as a director of the Company, effective June 11, 2018.At the time of his appointment, Mr. Conacher was not appointed to serve on any committees of the Board.

This Amendment No. 1 to the Initial 8-K is to report that, effective August 9, 2018, the Board appointed Mr. Conacher to its Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.As a result of this appointment, the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee were each expanded to four members.
