Item 5.07.Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

At the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Delta Air Lines, Inc.
(the Company) held on June 30, 2017, four proposals were voted
upon by the Companys stockholders. The proposals are described in
detail in the Companys definitive proxy statement for the Annual
Meeting filed on April 28, 2017.

A brief description of the proposals and the final results of the
votes for each matter follows:

1. The stockholders elected all eleven director nominees to
serve as members of the Companys Board of Directors until the
Companys 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders:
