The Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the
Companys common stock and approved an increase to 50 cents per
share, or $2.00 annually.The dividend of 50 cents per share
declared on April25, 2017, is payable May26, 2017, to
shareholders of record at the close of business on May12, 2017.
On April25, 2017, the Company also announced that its board of
directors has declared a special cash dividend on the Companys
common stock of $7.00 per share, payable May26, 2017, to
shareholders of record at the close of business on May10, 2017.
