On February14, 2018, Janet Langford Carrig announced her decision to retire as Senior Vice President, Legal, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ConocoPhillips. Ms.Carrig plans to remain in her position as Senior Vice President, Legal, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary until her successor is appointed and following that will remain as a Senior Vice President to provide support during the transition of her responsibilities.
