On November 12, 2019, Dr. Yakov Kogan tendered his resignation as Chief Executive Officer of Cleveland BioLabs, Inc, Inc. (the “Company”), to be effective as of the end of December 13, 2019. In his role as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Dr. Kogan has also been serving as the Company’s principal financial officer. In connection with Dr. Kogan’s resignation, the Company’s board of directors intends to commence a search for a replacement Chief Executive Officer.
