The Companys reverse stock split of its common stock and warrants
publicly traded under the symbol HOTRW is effective for trading
purposes on Friday, May 19, 2017. However, the HOTRW warrants,
which were temporarily suspended from trading, are expected to
resume trading May 22, 2017.
