On July 18, 2019, Henry G. Zigtema provided notice of his decision to retire from the board of directors (the “Board”) of CatchMark Timber Trust, Inc. effective July 31, 2019. The Board thanks Mr. Zigtema for his years of dedicated service and valuable contributions as a director.
