On January 24, 2019, Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company and Hapag-Lloyd AG extended their long-term agreement to the benefit of the international supply chain, the movement of cargo through the ports of Montreal and Vancouver and the overall North American economy. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
