On November 28, 2017, Karen Weaver, Vice President, Finance and the principal accounting officer of Amyris, Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company of her departure from the Company to pursue another opportunity. Ms. Weaver’s resignation is effective as of December 15, 2017.
