investor presentation (the Investor Presentation). This Investor
Presentation, attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated
herein by reference, is being furnished to the Securities and
Exchange Commission and shall not be deemed to be filed for
purposes of Section18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as
amended, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in
filings under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
The Investor Presentation includes financial information
determined by methods other than in accordance with generally
accepted accounting principles, or GAAP. This financial
information includes certain operating performance measures, such
as operating earnings, operating diluted earnings per share, and
operating return on common equity for the years ended December31,
2014 (restated), 2015 (restated) and 2016. The Company has
included these non-GAAP measures because it
believes they may provide useful supplemental information for
evaluating the Companys business and management intends to refer
to them in discussions about the Companys operations and
performance. These non-GAAP measures should be viewed in addition
to, and not as an alternative to or substitute for, measures
determined in accordance with GAAP, and are not necessarily
comparable to non-GAAP measures that may be presented by other
companies. To the extent applicable, reconciliations of these
non-GAAP measures to the most directly comparable measures as
reported in accordance with GAAP (which were included in the
Companys Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended
