On November 21, 2017, Winston Kung, a member of the board of directors (the “Board”) of Alliqua BioMedical, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Board of his resignation from the Board, effective as of November 24, 2017. Mr. Kung’s decision to resign from the Board did not result from any disagreement with the Company or its management.
