At the Annual Meeting of Advanced Disposal Services,Inc. (the “Company”) held on May23, 2018, a total of 67,890,396 shares of the Company’s common stock, out of a total of 88,535,054 shares of common stock outstanding and entitled to vote, were present in person or represented by proxies.
