On January 24, 2018, the Board of Directors of Xplore Technologies Corp. (the “Company”) appointed Tom Wilkinson as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wilkinson has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since November 2015, and as acting Chief Executive Officer since October 2017.
