On April 18, 2018, Wynn Macau, Limited ("WML"), an indirect subsidiary of Wynn Resorts, Limited (the "Registrant") with its ordinary shares of common stock listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "HKSE"), filed with the HKSE its annual report in respect of the year ended December 31, 2017 (the "Annual Report").
