On February 15, 2017, Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (the “Company”) entered into Amendment No. 5 to Employment Agreement with Geoff Ballotti, CEO of Wyndham Hotel Group. The amendment extends Mr. Ballotti’s employment with the Company for a period of three years from the termination date under his current agreement of March 31, 2017 to March 31, 2020.
