(b) Paul D. Geraghty, Sr., age 64, notified the Board of Directors of WSFS Financial Corporation (“WSFS”) that he intends to retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Wealth Officer of WSFS on March 15, 2018 and conclude a 40-year career in banking and financial services.
