Resignation of Director

On June21, 2018, Richard D. Brannon resigned from the board of directors (the “Board”) of WildHorse Resource Development Corporation (the “Company”) to devote more time to managing his private oil and gas company. to the same notification, Mr.Brannon also resigned from the Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board. Mr.Brannon’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company or its management with respect to any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
