Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (the Company) prepared
an investor presentation (the Investor Presentation) that the
Company plans to host on its website beginning on May17, 2017 and
use at its 2017 annual meeting of shareholders on May17, 2017. In
addition, the Company intends to use the Investor Presentation at
various investor meetings beginning on May21, 2017. The Investor
Presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to the Current Report on
