Starting in July 2017, common stock dividends are expected to be
distributed on a quarterly basis with the effectiveness of the
one for eight reverse stock split resulting in a rate of $0.42
per share on a quarterly basis. Previously, dividends were paid
on a monthly basis at a rate of $0.0175.
