Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January24, 2017, Westlake Chemical Partners LP, a publicly
traded master limited partnership formed by Westlake Chemical
Corporation (Westlake Chemical), issued a press release regarding
the publication in the Federal Register of the final regulations
issued by the U.S. Department of Treasury and the Internal
Revenue Service on January19, 2017 under section 7704(d)(1)(E) of
the Internal Revenue Code (the Final Regulations). These Final
Regulations are now effective. A copy of the press release is
furnished with this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1.

The information furnished to this Current Report, including
Exhibit 99.1, shall not be deemed to be filed for the purposes of
