On February15, 2017, New York Stock Exchange LLC (the NYSE)
notified the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC) of its
intention to remove the entire class of WCI Communities, Inc.
(the Company) common stock from listing and registration on the
NYSE effective at the opening of business on February27, 2017.
The NYSE made this notification by filing with the SEC a
Notification of Removal from Listing and Registration on Form 25.

On February15, 2017, the Company commenced an offer to repurchase
any or all of its outstanding 6.875% Senior Notes due 2021 for
101% of their principal amount plus accrued but unpaid interest
to the date the repurchase price is paid. Unless it is extended
by the Company, the offer will expire on March17, 2017.
