On January8 2019, Thomas L Fairfield , a member of the Board of Directors of Wayside Technology Group Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) effective January8, 2019. Mr.Fairfield’s resignation did not result from any disagreements with management or the Board.
