David C. Schneider, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Walter Investment Management Corp (NYSE:WAC) and President of Ditech Financial LLC, left the Company. Mr. Schneider’s departure is related to a broader plan to realign the Company’s management structure. The new structure is designed to flatten the organization, with the intent of making it leaner and more effective. The leaders of certain key operating units will now report directly to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President, Anthony N. Renzi.
