Departure of Directors or Certain Officers

June 16, 2017 – Wabash National Corporation (NYSE:WNC) announced that Mark J. Weber, Senior Vice President – Group President, Diversified Products, has left the company effective June 15, 2017 to pursue other opportunities. In connection with his departure, Mr. Weber will be eligible to receive compensation and benefits under the Wabash National Executive Severance Plan, as disclosed in the Company’s Form 8-K filing on December 16, 2015. Brent Yeagy, President & Chief Operating Officer, will assume the leadership responsibilities for Diversified Products on an interim basis until a successor is named, in addition to his current responsibilities.
