J. Jeffrey Goater, the Chief Financial Officer (Principal Financial and Accounting Officer) of Voyager Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:VYGR), informed the Company that he will be resigning from his position on December 31, 2016, after which time he will serve as a consultant to the Company, while also pursuing other career opportunities.
