On May 14, 2018, Vocera Communications, Inc. (“Vocera”) issued a press release announcing that it proposes to offer, subject to market conditions and other factors, $125.0 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due in 2023. Vocera also intends to grant to the initial purchasers of the notes the option to purchase up to an additional $18.75 million aggregate principal amount of notes solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
