Cash Dividend Declaration
On February 16, 2017, Vishay declared a quarterly cash dividend
of $0.0625 per share of common stock and Class B common stock
outstanding payable on March 29, 2017 to stockholders of record
at the close of business on March 14, 2017. A copy of the press

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is a global manufacturer and supplier of discrete semiconductors and passive components. The Company operates through five segments. The MOSFETs segment offers low-voltage TrenchFET MOSFETs and high-voltage MOSFETs.
