(“the Company”) made available on its website a presentation to investors that consists of information regarding the Company’s fourth quarter and year-end 2018 financial results. A copy of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. This presentation contains information that members of the Company’s management will use during visits with investors, analysts and other interested parties to assist their understanding of the Company from time to time throughout the first quarter of 2019.

Veritex Holdings, Inc. is a bank holding company. The Company, through its subsidiary, Veritex Community Bank (the Bank), a Texas state chartered bank, provides relationship-driven commercial banking products and services tailored to meet the needs of small to medium-sized businesses and professionals.
