On September 18, 2019, Mr. Eugene Robin, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of VerifyMe, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his resignation from the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Robin did not advise the Company of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. Mr. Robin has served on the Company’s Board since March 5, 2019.
