On February 13, 2017, the Compensation and Management Development
Committee of the Board of Directors of Varex Imaging Corporation
(the Company) adopted forms of Nonqualified Stock Option
Agreement and Restricted Stock Unit Agreement to be used to
evidence nonqualified stock option and restricted stock unit
grants under the Companys 2017 Omnibus Stock Plan. Copies of
these forms of agreement are attached hereto as Exhibits 10.1 and
10.2, respectively.
