On June 4, 2018, Vail Resorts, Inc. issued a press release reporting the entry into agreements to acquire Triple Peaks, LLC, the parent company of Okemo Mountain Resort in Vermont, Mount Sunapee Resort in New Hampshire, and Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Colorado and, in a separate transaction, Stevens Pass Resort in Washington State. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
