On December 19, 2016, Ur-Energy Inc. issued a press release
announcing that the Board of Directors has appointed Jeffrey T.
Klenda as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Mr. Klenda has been serving as Acting CEO of the Company. The
Board took this action December 16, 2016. Mr. Klenda will also
continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
and is incorporated herein by reference.
