On January30, 2018, United Parcel Service, Inc. (“UPS”) announced that Alan Gershenhorn notified UPS that he will retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. Mr. Gershenhorn is expected to remain employed with UPS until June 2018.
