Ultra Petroleum Corp. (the Company) issued a news release today,
attached as Exhibit 99.1, announcing it is set to join the
broad-market Russell 3000 Index at the conclusion of the Russell
indexes annual reconstitution, effective after the US market
opens on June 26, according to a preliminary list of additions
posted June 9.
