The Company’s product lines include rail, rail products, mining supplies and The Bag Rack. Its mining supplies include drill steel, roof bit bodies, roof bit assemblies, block and sleeves, and miscellaneous parts. The Company, through its subsidiary, The Bag Rack, LLC, has developed a product, The Bag Rack. The Company is in the preliminary-stages of distributing and selling The Bag Rack. The Bag Rack is a device that enables bags with handles to be stored in the trunk of a car preventing the bags from tipping over and causing spillage.
