The Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the Annual Meeting) of TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC Corp. (the Company) was held on April27, 2017. |

At the Annual Meeting, the Companys stockholders (i)elected one Class III director to serve on the Companys board of directors until the Companys 2020 annual meeting of stockholders and until his successor is duly elected and qualified and (ii)ratified the selection of Deloitte Touche LLP as the Companys independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December31, 2017. The proposals are described in detail in the Companys 2017 Proxy Statement. The final results for the votes regarding each proposal are set forth below. |
