Trinseo S.A. (the "Company") will hold its Annual General Meeting on June 20, 2018 in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Immediately following the Annual General Meeting, the Company will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting. The record date for both the Annual General Meeting and the Extraordinary General Meeting is April 13, 2018. Each shareholder who plans to attend the Company’s Annual General Meetingand/or the Extraordinary General Meeting in personis required to notify the Company in accordance with the Company’s articles of association.
