(e) On April30, 2018, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Compensation Committee”) of Trimble Inc. (the “Company”) approved base salary increases for Mr.StevenW. Berglund, President& Chief Executive Officer and Mr.RobertPainter, Chief Financial Officer. Effective May1, 2018, Mr.Berglund’s base salary will increase from $886,000 to $1,002,000 and Mr.Painter’s base salary will increase from $415,000 to $518,750. The Compensation Committee also approved smaller increases in base salary, effective May1, 2018, for certain other named executive officers.
