(the “Company”) presented at the 2018 American Society of Clinical Psychopharmacology (ASCP) Annual Meeting a presentation (the “Presentation”) entitled Including Suicidal Individuals in Treatment Trials: Treatment of Military-Related PTSD with TNX-102 SL, a Novel Formulation of Cyclobenzaprine Hypothesized to Address PTSD through Improvement in Sleep Quality, which the Company intends to place on its website, and which may contain nonpublic information. A copy of the presentation is filed as Exhibit 99.01 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
