Officer of TiVo Corporation (TiVo or the Company), notified the
TiVo Board of Directors of his intention to retire from his
current positions at TiVo. The Companys Board of Directors,
through its Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee, is
leading the search for Mr. Carsons successor.
