On February 1, 2018, Mr. Christopher Marlett informed theMaven, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the Board of Directors for personal reasons, effective immediately. Mr. Marlett has been a director of the Company since April 2008. The Board and employees of theMaven, Inc. are indebted to him for his leadership and services. There are no disagreements as contemplated by Item 5.02(a) of Form 8-K, and thus the Company is disclosing this information to Item 5.02(b) of Form 8-K.
