On May 15, 2017, Patrice Louvet, currently Group President-Global
Beauty, notified The Procter Gamble Company (the “Company”) that
he is resigning from the Company effective June 30, 2017.
The Company is filing this 8-K to Items 5.02(b), “Departure of
Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment
of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
Officers.”
