As of April 19, 2017, Per von Mentzer is no longer serving as Chief Executive Officer of Elfa International AB (“Elfa”), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Container Store Group, Inc. (the “Company”). The Company has appointed Anders Rothstein, formerly Vice President of Sales at Elfa, as Acting Chief Executive Officer of Elfa.
