On November 6, 2017, Kenneth P. Krueger notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Terra Tech Corp. (the “Company”) that he has resigned as a member of the Board, effective immediately. Such resignation was not the result of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
