Terex Corporation (“Terex”) issued a press release on February 18, 2019, announcing it will delay its fourth quarter and year-end 2018 financial results conference call from Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time to Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time for non-regulatory, non-accounting related reasons. Terex also announced preliminary selected year-end 2018 financial data. A copy of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
