On September21, 2017, TeleTech’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per common share. All shareholders of record as of October5, 2017 will be paid the semi-annual dividend on October17, 2017.

A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is attached as Exhibit99.1 to this current report on Form8-K.
