Change in Fiscal Year.
As previously reported, at the annual general meeting of TE
ConnectivityLtd. (the Company) held on March8, 2017, the Companys
shareholders approved the cancellation of 25,765,400 shares
purchased by the Company under its share repurchase program
during the period beginning December11, 2015 and ending September
30, 2016 and the amendment of the Companys Articles of
Association to effect the resulting share capital reduction by
CHF14,686,278.00 to CHF203,529,889.17.
The amendment to the Companys Articles of Association reflecting
the share capital reduction became effective on May16, 2017.
A copy of the Companys amended and restated Articles of
Association is attached hereto as Exhibit3.1 and incorporated
herein by reference.
