(b) On November 12, 2018, John C. Van Scoter notified TE Connectivity Ltd. (the “Company”) that he has decided to retire from the Board of Directors and will not stand for re-election at the Company’s 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on March 13, 2019. Mr. Van Scoter advised the Company that his decision to not stand for re-election did not involve any disagreement with the Company.
